Supports Disinfection of rooms 8750 cubic foot room (1 nozzle standard) to 35,000 cubic foot (4 additional nozzles optional). This sanitizing fogger produces a sporicidal agent as an aerosol, bactericidal disinfectant; which then evaporates to a vapor to spread throughout a room and kill more than 99.997% of yeast, mold, fungi and bacteria. The DF2S Dry Fog machine can use food grade hydrogen peroxide solutions as well as paracetic acids for sporicidal disinfection, replacing mops/sponges and buckets! The DF2S aerosolizes and disperses the anti-bacterial agent into a closed room onto any accessible surface as well as plant leaves. The disinfecting agent evaporates to a vapor, spreading through out the entire volume of the room, contacting all accessible surfaces to kill off over 99.997% of bacteria, molds, yeast and fungi. Once a room is sanitized after a 30 minute process, the air system is turned back on to evacuate vapor overnight from the room, allowing staff to return back to the room for operation. The cost of cleanup labor is significantly reduced, while providing a far more effective disinfectant to the entire room in a much shorter period of time.
Wipe Down of rooms to Disinfect does not prevent spore and micro-biological growth. Wipe Down does little to minimize liability!
What are key Advantages using Minncare Cold Sterilant Liquid Disinfectant with Dry Fogger over present wipe down methods?
- 1. No Residue left behind
- 2. Use hydrogen peroxide solutions or liquid solutions your company presently uses
- 3. No residue left behind
- 4. USP 1072 recommends a daily bactericidal disinfectant combined with a weekly or monthly use of a sporicidal agent
- 5. Solution evaporates into atmosphere killing mold, yeast, fungi, gray mold and bacteria
- 6. 100% vapor deployment throughout all room locations, floors, equipment
- 7. Easy rapid deployment of Dry Fogger followed by room ventilation
- 8. Total prevention of any unwanted spore or bio-growth in sanitized room
- 9. Supports Pharma ISO suites, compound pharmacies and grow houses
What are key Biological and Liability Reasons to use the Dry Fog 2, Dry Fogger?
- 1. Disrupts Sulfhydrl (-SH) and Sulfur (S-S) bonds in proteins and enzymes
- 2. Important components in cells and membranes are broken by oxidative disruption
- 3. Destroys cellular activity by rupture or dislocation of cell walls, thus destroying yeast, mold, fungi and bacteria
- 4. Minimize liability of unwanted spore or bio growth

Wet Fog and liquid Disinfectant droplets are large, bursting on contact with surfaces, creating unwanted residuals
CURRENT DISINFECTION METHODS
-
- Surface Wiping – does not come into contact with all surfaces thus micro-organism growth occurs after wipe down
-
- Manual Spraying (with Spray Bottles) – Moist Spray comes into contact with surfaces leaving residue, does not contact all surfaces
-
- Heating Process (Vaporization) – requires raised temperature in room being Disinfected
-
- Cold Process – Wet fogging
